Version 0.5 includes the following updates: teleporting to cities in the console is now possible; certain cities' names are no longer visible in city zoom mode; empty depots and businesses are now fixed; and other minor adjustments

Put all Republic of Kazakhstan files and RCs in general at the top of the load order list.
