This mod give you free 100.000.000$ and XP 900.000 when you create new profile
But if you want to increase the level you do not need to recreate a new profile but you have to connect the job

I have made an mod with 2 milliard start money! And the xp at my mod comes when you did you're first job! So, That means that you get the xp at the second job.
