It might be a good idea to actually read how the secondary torque ratio works. From the wiki ' it is used when transmission ratio is same or lower that secondary_torque_gear_ratio (default 1.0) - basically, higher torque is used on higher transmission gears. ' Putting in 8 does not change the torque when you hit 8th gear it changes when the ratio is 8.00 or lower so depending on the gearbox maybe about 3rd gear
