WITHOUT THE FMX KIPPER EDIT MOD THE SNOW PLOW IS USELESS.

Whats the point of this mod?? if we dont even have snow?? ridiculous. But yeah, people in this modding community love useless mods. Im not surprised how many crap mods are out there.
