The mod activates the old SCS steel wheel model, allowing you to install it on any truck you own.
The mod is essentially a "customization," so it can be installed on any truck (SCS + mods) and any tires that also fit the standard SCS wheels.
The mod includes both front (single) and rear (dual) wheels.
