Ive uploaded my mods to one site and by the next day its on almost every mod site, that being said, when you release it public it will be shared no matter what. He didn' steal the mod, he clearly gave the right credits, all he did was shared it like so many others do. if you don' want it shared on other sites then I would suggest keeping it private or don' post it on a public mod site. As for me , it saves me the trouble of uploading my stuff on other sites for players to enjoy and I have no problem with it.
