new: tipcol, snow mask, new fruits, new greenhouses, new washer, fresh pda map...
Relocated a few things. Many improvements and corrections.
I tested with seasons mod and without it and I had no problems.

seeds and fertilizer production were removed since greenhouses require compost now instead of seeds,

liquid manure and digestate are the same and they require sprayer to load. the rafinery has bio diesel and digestate output one is fuel and the other liquid manure.

I see at the main farm silo it lists seeds and fertilizer but i don' see a seedmaster or fertilizer production building. Is there any and where do i find it?
