The mod Shows up under installed mods, but does not come up to activate when loading a save game. And it is therefor also not available in the shop, unfortunately! Many pickup trucks available for FS19 already. Not enough cars... A Farmer also likes to go for good spin every so often in small sports car; even if it is just to unwind a little bit from the daily grind!
