Have you always wanted to design your pastures freely? Then this mod is just right for you.
With this mod it is possible to expand husbandries and pastures that are prepared for this purpose. This means that the animals can use all the areas you make available to them.
All you have to do is place your husbandry/pasture and set an ID for it. Now you can place further areas that you want to add to this husbandry/pasture. In multiplayer you have to make the assignment separately.
After assigning, you can align all extensions depending on the assigned stall. This only serves as support for placement and has no effect on the actual calculation.
The additional areas also support the Animal Grazing mod.
Important notes:
- This mod is only intended for small stables/pastures. If a pasture becomes too large, the animals may freeze. This is unfortunately a limitation of the engine to ensure better performance.
- If you place the pasture extensions on a slope, they are grouped together at 5 meter intervals in height. This can create levels that are not technically connected (animals cannot run from one level to another). However, this is almost unnoticeable when playing. This was necessary because animals only walk on the terrain when the pasture extensions are less than 10 meters in height from the terrain. Flying animals can therefore still occur on very steep slopes. This behavior can then be circumvented by several small pasture extensions.
