How to Install:
[1] Extract the police.wtd & police.wft files to your desktop
[2] Open OpenIV (If you don’t have OpenIV you can download it from http://openiv.com/)
[3] Locate GTAIV/pc/models/vehicles.img
[4] Open up vehicles.img
[5] Find polpatriot.wtd and polpatriot.wft
[6] Drag and drop polpatroit.wtd and polpatriot.wft from your dextop and into OpenIV
[7] Your done.
