After that please add this line to your dlclist.xml located at: D:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

dlcpacks:\luxury_dealership\

2.) Drag and drop the contents of the scenario folder at: x64a.rpf\levels\gta5\scenario\
