The mod is for the SCS + DLC map only.
(Definitely shows up fix for another map mod).

Mod adds
- Light led speed limit.
- The new map icons.
- Changes the road advisor's appearance.
- Changes mapi colors.
- the top hud bar (HG).
- the limiting speed has changed position.
- corresponds to dx 11
- Smaller mirror size on key F2.


Mod tested on version 1.39.3.3s
