The modem is designed for the basic SCS + DLC map only.
(surely there is a fix for another map fashion)
Adds fashion
- new icons on the map
- changes the appearance of the road advisor
- changes colour on the map
- hud bar at the top ( HG )
- the speed limiter has changed position
- corresponds to dx 11
- smaller mirror size on F2 key
Mod tested on version 1.39.3.3s
