Updated Alaska Ice Road Map to v4.5. This is a wip update. Boofish is getting reworked to Wainwright. The environment is also getting a large makeover, to match the environment there as much as possible. Added Ice cracking sounds recorded from a real ice road. (But need to fix some issue with sound radius being smaller than I set it to). Also listen to the sound if it needs some adjusting. 
(Don't mind the gaps between Wainwright and other locations WIP!)
