well plane from sandiego to labrador city works so might be cause by adding your new cities something is different ill try to get ther form ground

take plane from san diego to miami and game crash like in mid air no ground then black out

Yes, remove the previous version and patched. You do not need a new profile. Also, I have uploaded a new patch for v2.0 to remove some invisible walls http://sharemods.com/m0fkqe4gusqk/Patch_01_for_C2C.scs.html
