Changes the Milage Scale to real scale everywhere, city or open road.
No it does NOT make the distances longer!
It simply changes the milage scale!
Also adds a nice satellite background to the map.
Pay is adjusted to fit the milage better.

Will it work if I don't use any map mods? Just the Vanilla game.....
