Changelog
Changelog v24.1
•Illinois DLC implementation.
•Unrealistic frequency of Hummers in AI traffic fixed.
Changelog v24.0
Maintenance update for 1.59 available (v24). but introduced map errors have been pruned and whatever small cumulative tweaks made to the map and settings since then are now public.
Changelog v23.0
Updateв for 1.58
Changelog v22.2
updated the mod with 22.2. Just fixing nighttime spawns (spawn density rates will now peak from 6AM to 9PM, then rapidly decrease until 10PM, and remain low until 5AM, when it will rapidly increase to the peak until 6AM. Previous configuration made traffic erroneously gradually increase from 12AM until 6AM instead of staying at a peak low from 12AM until 5AM and then starting to increase)

•Port areas properly implemented (high spawn rates for semi-trucks at major ports, currently being the ports of Los Angeles/Long Beach, Oakland, Seattle, Houston and New Orleans). Deleting traffic_data.sii and traffic_rules_spawn.sui shouldn't crash the game anymore.
•Temporary workaround for high density traffic spawning.
•Dense traffic spawn areas of Dallas/Fort Worth, Salina-KS, Junction City-KS, tweaked.
Sectors refreshed:
• Portland, OR
• Kansas City, KS
Traffic area changes:
• Kansas City, MO (Very high traffic confined to freeways)
• Saint Louis, MO (Very high traffic confined to freeways)
• Springfield, MO (Downgraded from very high traffic to high)
• Columbia, MO (Downgraded from very high traffic to high)
-Bugs fixes
-Adds compatibility patch for Arkansas DLC
-Adjusted few sectors
-Bugs fixes
• 1.50 compatibility.
• I-90 through Spokane has been upgraded to a very high traffic area from a high traffic area.
• Two-lane section of CA-58 near the eastern terminus has been widened to four lanes, reflecting the real state of the road post-2020.
• Minor adjustments to the Downtown Los Angeles panorama.
Chengelog v15.1
•US-101 widened all the way to Oxnard (Agoura Hills/Thousand Oaks area)
•A little more urbanization east of the I-10/I-15 interchange (San Bernardino/Redlands/Calimesa)
•Signage update across all covered California area, plus new signage on I-40, CA 58, CA 99 and I-10 east of San Gorgonio Pass (The map in the OP has been updated, if you want to visualize that better)
•I-5 widened to 2x4 from San Diego to just north of Los Angeles (originally a mix of 2x2 and 2x3)
•I-5 narrowed to 2x2 from Sacramento to Redding (originally 2x3)
•I-10 widened to 2x4 from Los Angeles to Palm Springs (originally 2x3 and 2x2)
•US 101 widened to 2x4 in the Bay Area and near Los Angeles (originally 2x2 and 2x3 respectively)
•I-580 (the California one) widened to 2x4 from the I-5 junction to Richmond (originally 2x2)
•I-80 widened to 2x4 from Richmond to SR37 and 2x3 up to Sacramento (originally 2x2)
•CA-99 widened to 2x3 near Bakersfield and 2x4 in Bakersfield (originally 2x2)
•Some very minor signage changes, mostly getting rid of "Carlsbad" being posted everywhere.
•Areas near Los Angeles, the SF Bay area and Sacramento more "urbanized"
•Downtown Los Angeles remodeled.
Fresno, CA-99 is done up to halfway to Fresno and vanilla signage has been replaced with the post-Arizona sign templates in the Los Angeles area and the reworked CA-99 area. Had to take some artistic liberties in some places due to how different the road network is in the game compared to real life.
Actual additions in this update rather than just fixes and official patch compatibility, they are:
•I-17 in Phoenix widened.
•I-80 in San Francisco (Bay Bridge) widened.
•Northbound I-5 south of Seattle widened near the weigh station.
•Assorted corrections.
Some fixes for a few signs with broken fonts, nothing game-breaking. Most importantly, scenery around the US 101 in the Bay Area has been reworked, trying to replicate the San Jose area more accurately. Sadly, the weird tiny road linking Santa Cruz directly to the I-5 had to go for that.
Changelog v14.1
Removed some invisible walls on the inner lanes at the northern end of the 101 in San Fran
Changelog v14.0
Update for 1.44
Changes to the Bay Area have been brought back
