Better Better Flares - City Lights addon v1.0
If you like Avelium's Better Flares mod, check this addon for it out.
a little messing around with street light textures and flare scaling. main concern with the latest update was about the white lamps, especially the high masts, so focused on those while also polishing the yellow / orange and blue ones. This mod also slightly touches traffic lights to be more visible and 'glowy'.
