Mod adds
- LED speed limiter
- changes colors
- changes the appearance of the road advisor
- smaller mirror sizes on the F2 key
- new icons on the map
Mod tested on the version of the game 1.35.1.27s

"intended only for the basic SCS map". Hm, sorry mate, but nowadays, the basic scs map is just not enough. If this is not going to work with other map mods.. its completely useless.
