Added nearby icon;
Added motor brake icon;
Added an indicator of the current speed value;
Added the range of the car indicator;
Added fuel bar;
Added the remainder of the fuel in the tank as a percentage;
Compatible with Scania R & Streamline from SCS and RJL.

Hey. I have a Scania S High Proof. The mode on this car doesn't work. I tried the V8. In vain. Is there any working dashboard mode for this car please? Thank you for the answer. My game version is 1.45
