Welcome to the farm of Talbauer!
Michel took over the farm with his wife Anna. For Michel, that's nothing new, as he spent his whole life on the farm. Furthermore, Michel has successful education as a farmer, who certifies his ability on paper at least but does not teach life. Michel matured in his early years into a real farmer, by growing up in a cross-generational company, by observing his grandfather's hands and imitating the role model.
And the vocational school? At least one thing was good for love! The two young farms now have a family farm with ten dairy cows, five chickens, one rooster, 10 hectares of arable land and nine hectares of grasslands. It is a very well managed company which continues to be modernized and upgraded mechanically and plans for the future are already in place: it is expected to be purchased by acquiring more arable land (13 ha) and meadows (4 ha), as well as by significantly expanding the number of dairy animals.
Michel also does not forget his roots in addition to his visions for the future: the 45-year old Fiat 1300 DT is located in the old parking area behind the courtyard. This tractor is his grandfather's pride, which is the reason why Michael decided to repair, to clean and to paint this tractor, and keep the Fiat 1300 DT at his farms out of appreciation for the man that has taught Michel everything, and what he knows today about agriculture and life. THAT'S FREEDOM!'
