I do agree with Guest Love This Map on a few points. what complicates the tree harvesting is; you can't harvest trees on property you don't own. to get around this I guess you could buy the fields, harvest the trees, then the crops (if they didn't wither in the mean-time) then sell the land again. and yeah, selling those underpowered forestry equipment is always a good Idea (I use FDR, NMC and other forestry mods anyways). I do kinda wish there was a dedicated mill. and there is an area where the trees are floating about 6-10' off the ground (LOL). and check out behind the dam (no water). otherwise, yes, I do like the mix of Forestry and Ag.

Unlike others here, I am having fun with this map. No need for a shop, I use the delivery mod, as I feel it unlikely to have a shop in such a remote area. There are areas to the side clearable to set up sheds. I also made the game harder by selling ALL start-up equipment, Then using the global company I rented one field for a month, In the first day on the map I have cleared the trees & harvested that field. I rented a tractor, bucks grinder & trailer......EASY!!! If you use your imagination

Lets see. You start with only the homestead which is so small there is no room to add anything. You also get a large amount of timbered land. You get some forestry equipment. There is no shop to buy additional equipment. The fields are all covered with trees, which I understand is the idea behind the map, but it would take me a couple of months to clear all the trees you would need to just access the fields. That is before you even think of clearing them. This is a forestry map, and not much chance of doing any farming without allot of work to deforest it. There are hidden logs on the ground, that make placing buildings impossible in places. This map needs allot of work. I do not mind a challenge, and a clearing the land map is OK, but give a guy some of the basics, like a shop.

this map is a WIP. I love the idea but it needs to be a little more finished. hopefully the author will want to put a little more time on this one.
