My Nether’s Delight
Description
My Nether’s Delight is an add-on for Farmer’s Delight focused on adding cooking content to the Nether. It reworks the original Nether’s Delight with new ideas and mechanics. You hunt Nether creatures, gather ingredients, and cook unusual meals to extend survival and expand gameplay in the Nether.
Features
- Pungent Effect: reduces a percentage of your health but prevents burning. With fire protection or fire resistance, you regenerate near heat sources
- Poaching: an enchantment or curse for axes and swords. Lets you obtain Farmer’s Delight ingredients without a knife. Some targets are risky
- Crops: Powdery Cannon (bamboo variant with explosive, spicy berries) and Powdery Cane (produces gunpowder)
- New Ingredients: Bullet Pepper, Strider Egg, Strider Slice, Hoglin Loin, Hoglin Sausage, and Ghasta (Nether alternative to flour)
- New Blocks: Powdery Wood Set, Nether Trophies, Letios Compost, Resurgent Soil, and Fungus Colony
FAQ
- Bullet Pepper grows slowly on gravel and crimson nylium. On Resurgent Soil it grows faster and produces berries
- Resurgent Soil adapts plants to feel like they are in their native biome
- Fabric version is available thanks to MerchantPug
Beta Version
The mod is still in development. Expect bugs and instability.
