This mod introduces a host of new possibilities to Minecraft by adding companions with unique abilities. Now you can acquire mini-golems, mini-creepers, or mini-keepers, each performing a special role in your adventure. Mini-golems can teleport to you if you're in danger and protect you from enemies, as well as search for items underground and deal damage to foes with powerful shocks. Mini-keepers use sound-based attacks to effectively push back enemies and help find valuable resources. Mini-creepers, on the other hand, use small explosions to discover hidden items and can explode to escape difficult situations without harming the player.

The mod also includes a balancing system that adds an element of randomness to item searches and requires half of the companion’s health to activate their abilities. To manage your new allies and monitor their health, use the Genetic Extractor and an additional mod that allows you to see the status of your helpers.

Added Mobs:

• Mini-Golem: This companion can be tamed with iron ingots. It will follow you, assist in combat, and use its abilities to find items and create shocks that damage enemies. In case of danger, the mini-golem can teleport to you from a safe place.

• Mini-Keeper: Possesses sound-based attacks that push back enemies and aid in finding items. It is useful in combat but cannot help if you are directly threatened.

• Mini-Creeper: This companion uses small explosions to search for items and can explode to escape tough situations without harming the player.

Follow these steps to install the Fellow Traveler mod:

• Download and install Minecraft Forge to add mod support to the game.
• Download and install GeckoLib, which is required for the mod to work.
• Download the Fellow Traveler mod.
• Move the downloaded mod file (without unzipping it) to the .minecraft\mods folder.
• Run Minecraft with a profile using Forge!
