Mod boatswain, this is an analogue of a modification already known to many, called the scout, which shows information about the target. So the boatswain shows the same information, only about your current ship in battle. Mod displays all the important statues of your guns, torpedoes, etc., such as range, recharge time and much more.
The window with the information itself can be moved around the screen and placed in any place suitable for you.
