not sure why it crashes tho... it may be a bug.
you need the reforma map, mega resources and optional but i reccomend, the reforma map city addons. (pacifico, noreste, baja and los altos addons.)first put the reforma map, then mega resources, then the city addons if you have it (these are optional) and then DBMX bus centrals, that's how it works, it works fine to me tho.
