Unfortunately there is no parameter to adjust the cruise control engage speed. It's set at 30.
When you do lots of hill climbing, you can't always hit 30 to engage it.
This program changes minimum engage speed to 0.
You will have to re-patch when there is a game version change.

Description:
It Sucks when you can't reach 20 mph to engage the Cruise Control because maybe you're going up a HUGE HILL or something.
Unfortunatley, there doesn't seem to be a setting in the game to change this, so i've made this app.
For the Steam 64 bit version (1.30)
1) Start game
2) Run app
