Better Flares 3.1 is an adapted version of Better Flares 3.0.1, with converted textures to latest. Compatible with ATS 1.39.
Removed everything that caused trouble, so you should have a crash game
Jazzycat addons are of course not required and should not be loaded when you don't have Jazzys packs.

Your mod files are confusing. What are DOT and ECE headlights? Your load order does not mention these files. Please update your description and or how to install/load order. Also where is the Jazzycat addon? The last one you did was for BF V3.0
