This mod adds a fully built luxury apartment building with multiple interactive features.

Main areas included
– Lobby with reception
– Swimming pool
– Bar with vendor
– Rooftop and apartments
– Outdoor parking

Key features
– Native interactions like sleeping, showering, and more
– Vendor selling high-quality food, drinks, premium alcohol, and cigarettes
– Smart frames (can disable up to 6 if needed)
– Artistic mod display
– NPCs spawn randomly (can be disabled)
– Pets: Johnny, Nibbles, Iguana (pet interaction remains even if disabled; can manage via Native Settings UI mod)
– Apartment redecoration toggle for small decor
– Wardrobe variants: Valerie (default), Vincent, or empty

Gameplay options
– Apartment rent: $230,000
– Keycard access (luxury apartments auto-localized)
– Fast travel to Apartments – Charter Hill (auto-localized; terminal activates after discovering it in a new save)
– Drop Point on first floor for selling items

Mod compatibility
– Works with Artistic, Dark Future, Native Settings UI, TV Mute Control, Flushing Etiquette, and similar mods
– Compatible with patch 2.31

Installation
– Drag and drop into your game directory or use Vortex mod manager (install to staging folder if prompted)
– If purchase or interactions fail, install manually to ensure files are in the correct folders
