Description
Origin 12 Drum Reaper adds a new iconic full-auto shotgun to Cyberpunk 2077. Built on the Pozhar platform, it uses a 50-shell drum, incendiary buckshot, and a removable suppressor, along with its own first-person animations. The weapon always spawns at Legendary Tier 5 and comes with its iconic effect regardless of player level.
Features
- Full-auto Power shotgun based on the Pozhar
- 50-shell drum magazine
- Uses the Legendary Pozhar's damage, fire rate, recoil and spread
- Unique name, model and inventory icons
- Incendiary buckshot dealing thermal damage
- 60% chance per pellet to ignite the target
- Hits against burning enemies become critical hits through the Airdrop Pozhar iconic effect
- Removable Drum Reaper Suppressor
- Rifle-scope support
- Custom first-person and third-person handling
- Animated bolt, charging handle and drum magazine
Drum Reaper Suppressor
The suppressor comes attached when the shotgun is spawned but can be removed from the weapon screen. With the suppressor installed, the weapon uses the Ajax full-auto suppressed sound set and moves the muzzle flash to the end of the suppressor. Removing it restores the standard loud Pozhar firing sound. The suppressor also has its own inventory icon.
Scopes
The shotgun accepts vanilla rifle scopes as well as modded optics that use the same compatibility list. When a scope is installed, the flip-up iron sights automatically fold down.
Animations
The weapon has dedicated first-person animations retargeted and adjusted specifically for V and the Origin 12 model, including:
- Hip-fire and ADS poses
- Standard reload
- Empty reload with charging-handle animation
- First draw
- Weapon inspection
- Custom recoil animations for hip fire and ADS
- Camera movement during reloads, drawing and inspection
The bolt cycles with every shot, the charging handle moves during an empty reload, and V physically replaces the drum magazine. In third person, V's left hand correctly holds the long side grip.
Compatibility
The shotgun, its components and animations use new records and files. 0_Drum_Reaper_Audio.archive contains a copy of the Phantom Liberty weapon sound list with an additional entry for the Drum Reaper. It also includes entries used by the author's CheyTac M200, AKM Jackal Killer and Benelli M3 Gridbreaker mods, allowing all four weapons to work together.
Mods replacing the same Phantom Liberty sound-list file can conflict. Whichever version loads first takes priority. The base-game weapon sound file isn't modified, so suppressor sound fixes that replace that file should continue working.
Notes
- Existing weapons retain the parts and stats they had when originally created
- Male V has been fully tested
- Female V uses a separate copy of the same animations but has received less testing
Installation Instructions
Requirements
- Cyberpunk 2077 2.x
- Phantom Liberty
- RED4ext
- ArchiveXL 1.27.3 or newer
- TweakXL
- Cyber Engine Tweaks – Required to spawn the weapon
