Cyberpunk 2077 Will Have DLC, More Details - Before Release

The wait for the release of the Cyberpunk 2077 is going to an end with only few days left as th developers have confirmed 10 December 2020 as the final scheduled date for the game launch. While we wait for the official release of the game there are so many aspects of the game that people are fascinated by and would love to have more information about. For instance the support for modding in the game, multiplayer mode and the availability of the downloadable content, also known as DLC, are some of the things that are generating discussions in the gaming community.
Based on the interactions with the media it is expected that the Cyberpunk 2077 will have more than two full expansions of stories and the DLC packs. As far as Witcher 3 was concerned, the game received comprehensive DLC calendar that included free DLC drops each week for almost two months after the release of the game. These DLC packs came with new weapons, new quests, new armor sets, cosmetics plus the new game mode.
One of the designers for Cyberpunk 2077 indicated that the post launch support for Cyberpunk 2077 is influenced by the Witcher 3 and that the developers have learnt different things from their experiences of DLC with the Witcher 3. So this basically means that the developers will adopt the good practices of the DLC strategy from Witcher 3 and eliminate the things that didn't work as well.
After numerous delays the developers are planning to submit the Cyberpunk 2077 game for final certification which means that the proposed release date is likely to be final and the game is actually launching 10th December 2020. With the game available on all the next gen consoles, the developers have mentioned that the gamers will get free upgrade to the next gen in future.
