Changelog 3/21/21 :
-Added Montana Expansion support
-Tweaked some vehicle spawn rates (street sweeper, Ford Transit, Isuzu NPR, Lincoln Town Car, Ford F-350, Ford F-650, there may have been some others)

Features include:
-Semi-spawn decreased considerably.
-Vastly reduced the spawning of the police.
-Vastly reduced spawning of buses.
-Vehicles not sold spawned in the United States.
-Unrealized vehicles not spawned by fleet (some fire trucks, CHP Charger 2012, etc.).
- Outdated non-spawn fleet vehicles (MCI MC-12, NHP Crown Victoria, etc.).
- As stated previously, every spawning ratio is based on empirical data, which at least illustrates the car culture of every state somewhat accurately. California, for example, has a larger predominance of electric vehicles while other countries have increased pickups.
Bugs:
-Utah suffers from a huge lack of variation. Simply put, there's a shortage of car sales data in Utah and I still have a way to deal with this without compromising the integrity of the current method. I had to work with what I got. I had to work.
-Some states, such as the Isuzu NPR, suffer from prevailing vehicles. I have not yet found a way to fight this without compromising the integrity of the existing method.
Other notes:
-Consistent with all map mods, traffic packs and DLCs, map mod traffic is not carried out however.
-Since traffic package for this mod is not optimized, and it can cause traffic spawning problems. This is especially true for Utah, where spawn ratios have been greatly altered (normal spawn ratios hover around 0.5-1. 00, but for every vehicle, I must multiply this by 1,000) to fight hard-coded measures in the game.
Resolving incompatibilities:
- Place under Brutal Traffic (maintains class variety of traffic whilst enabling the density of the Brutal Traffic).
-Place under ATS traffic conduct (maintains in-class variety while permitting density of traffic behaviour).
-Place under the Meatballs Traffic Density Mode (maintaining variety in class whilst allowing the density of the Traffic Density Mod).
-Place above realistic road traffic (allows modded vehicles to be spawned while overriding its spawning editors).
