Please explain to us how we are allowed to take a companies design and logo and put it on a mod and sell it without having to ask that companies permission , please ? Actually all you pay mod guys can ruin it for everyone. You all do realize that these companies have protections for their products and using the names and logos without permission is illegal. Those are copyright protected, and you are not allowed to use any copyrighted material to make money on unless you are the owner of said design. Legally the companies can sue for all the money made on the copyright infringement. As a graphic designer the copyright laws are very specific so maybe everyone can just shut up about stealing from someone. You pay mod guys are no better by stealing someone's designs and making money off of them. You are ultimately doing the same thing you are complaining about.
