Information about the release of GTA 6 for Nintendo Switch 2 appears online. Many are concerned with this, as the game will be extremely demanding. But on the other hand, rumor has it that the new console from Nintendo will be much more powerful than the previous one due to the NVIDIA T239 and the graphics processor on the NVIDIA Ampere architecture. It is unclear whether this iron will hold the expected sixth part of the popular franchise from Rockstar, but there are some hints and rumors that hint at a possible release of the game on this portable console.

So, for example, in the IGN article about the release of this console there is a reference to the word Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick. Responding to questions, the head of the company commented positively on Nintendo’s new console. He also stressed that they are releasing four games on the Nintendo Switch 2.

Probably not about Grand Theft Auto VI, however, many fans of the console and the series of this game these words inspired hope that their game GTA 6 will finally come out on the new console from Nintendo.

And at the same time, in the words of Strauss Zelnick there is a positive mood for cooperation with the platform:

We’re launching four games with the Nintendo Switch 2, and I think that’s more than we’ve ever offered on the new Nintendo platform. Historically, being a third party in the Nintendo business has been quite difficult. I think Nintendo is very open about this problem. And we are also picking up the pace, because we’re looking at the platform with a lot of optimism.

Specific games are not revealed, but some users still hope that the list of these games may be GTA VI. Also well-known insider and journalist Reece "Kiwi Talkz" Reilly published a post in his X-account, in which he said he heard a rumor that Rockstar was discussing the possibility of porting GTA 6 to Switch 2.

While he stressed, that the source of this information is not the most reliable source. Some users have been very skeptical about the game, while others are confident that it will be released on consoles.

After some time, Reece "Kiwi Talkz" Reilly released a new message in which he again stressed that he does not believe the rumors and explained in detail why the release of GTA 6 on Nintendo Switch 2 is very unlikely.

So, all that is available so far about the possibility of port six part on Switch 2 are rumors and assumptions. The Rockstars themselves will talk about a possible release on this console in the near future, even if it were possible.
